Now you'd better fear my eyeballs

Looks like I'm imitating Mighty Ray's signature move from "Hero 108", where he eats a banana and electricity builds up in his eyeballs. Once he's ready to attack, he says:

"I am Mighty Ray. Fear My EYEBAAAAAALLS!!!"

Mighty Ray, then, blasts a powerful discharge from his eyes and becomes capable of destroying bigger targets. However, one of Mighty Ray's problems is that he dislikes eating bananas, but he still has to do it, so he can become a powerful and helpful member of Big Green.
